We are a small company with a handful of flats in Centro and Chamberí. We look after them ourselves, so nobody adds an agency fee on top, and you can ask us anything in English or Spanish.

How renting with us works
We own the flats and we run them ourselves. That changes three practical things when you rent one.
We answer our own email
Whoever replies to you has been inside the flat. We own and manage all of them, so you are never passed between an agency and a portal. Answers usually come the same day, in English or Spanish.
Dates that move when your move does
Relocations slip. If your start date shifts by a couple of weeks, tell us and we will work around it. The minimum stay is ten months.
One price, no extras
There is no portal commission and no agency fee at signing. Before you commit, we will send you the exact monthly rent and what the deposit comes to.
Housing someone you are relocating?
We work with HR and mobility teams who need somewhere sorted before an employee lands. We invoice the company directly, and if you are moving several people we keep the same contact for all of them.
