This site describes the flats managed by Nest Madrid and lets you send enquiries. Flat details (price, availability and features) are a guide and may change. What counts is what is agreed in writing in the rental contract.

The texts, photos, design and brand on this site belong to Zokiro Real Estate, SL or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking.

What we collect
Only what you give us in the contact form: name, email, company (if you add it), the flat you’re interested in and your message.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange the rental. We won’t send you marketing or share your data with others for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and steps taken at your request before signing a contract.
How long we keep it
As long as we need to handle your enquiry. If you rent with us, for as long as the law requires. If not, we delete it at most one year after we last heard from you.
Who else can access it
We use providers that process data on our behalf, only to deliver their service to us:
- Formspree, which receives the form and forwards it to us by email. It is based in the United States, so this involves an international transfer covered by the safeguards this provider offers.
- Hostinger, which hosts the site.
- Google, which provides our email and serves the site’s fonts.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@nestmadrid.com. If you think we haven’t handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This site uses no cookies of its own and no analytics or advertising cookies. To show the fonts and the list of flats it connects to Google services, which may receive technical data such as your IP address.
